Job Details
This South Coast Council is seeking a Principal Planning Policy Officer to join their team.
Initially a 3month post with the possibility of further extensions this Local Planning Authority require an experienced Planner to come in and hit the ground running. They require someone who has experience with policy and evidence writing in order to help then to "Draft Plan with Options" stage of the Local Plan process.
We need someone who can start relatively quickly. Primarily you will be working from home with the occasional visit to the offices.
Pay rate is Negotiable and the role has been deemed inside IR35
