Planning Officer & Senior Planning Officer

A key client of mine based in Essex are looking for a Planning Officer as well as a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, with the view of extending for a further 3 months upon a review.

The Planning Officer role will be dealing predominantly with a large caseload of householder and small minor applications (up to 4 units), whilst the Senior Planning Officer will be dealing with a varied caseload up to 100 units.

The role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with office & site presence required once a fortnight with the rest of the role being worked from home.

The rate being offered is depending on experience, ranging from £27-£42ph and they are looking to interview ASAP with a start date from the 6th of June.
