Job Details
g2 are working on behalf of a local authority client seeking for a Chartered Principal Planner who is looking for a contractor to join the Development Management team in the North.
The authority are looking for a candidate with 10 + years experience dealing with major developments including housing and employment schemes, as well as dealing with discharge of conditions for major development construction sites.
This would be a 6 month initial contract with view to extend.
Pay rates negotiable depending on experience. Full time working preferred.
