Job Details
My Greater Manchester LPA client have asked me to help them recruit for a Senior Planning Officer on a 3-month contract. The caseload will be varied and mixed but is likely to include small major applications.
Site visits will be required when necessary, although they don't expect this to be any more frequent than every 2-3 weeks.
This role will have no sign-off or line-management responsibilities throughout the contract. Candidates at Principal Planner level will also be considered for this post, and the same will apply to them.
This role could potentially fall Outside IR35 so if this method of working interests you please do get in touch.
