Role: Planning Manager
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus
Location: London
A rare and exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Planning Manager at one of the UK’s leading and award-winning Property Development Companies. They are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to be a assist some of the most impressive mixed-use developments across the UK’s largest cities.
The role will include working within the planning team and alongside the wider project delivery teams, to secure planning permissions for their projects. Working alongside a strong team of Development Managers, consultant teams (including planning consultants where appointed) and the Local Authority as necessary, you will co-ordinate and prepare planning submissions relating to ongoing and new developments to demanding timescales. The submissions may include reserved matters, non-material/minor material amendments, full planning applications, and the discharge of planning conditions.
