Job Details
Vivid are working with an Essex-based LPA who are looking for a Principal-level Policy Officer to join the team on a 6 month contract.
The authority are searching for someone who can work autonomously on drafting policies and conducting research and site assessments.
Experience of engaging with stakeholders and landowners on infrastructure matters in support of the development of the local plan would highly desirable.
The authority are looking to offer an initial contract of 6 months, but as they progress through the plan they would be looking to offer further extensions beyond this.
Rates for the right candidate are negotiable, but would be in the region of £50-£55/hr. The role can be offered on a mainly remote basis.
