What’s the role?

Working with one of the largest housebuilders on the South Coast, the Planning Manager will manage and oversee the submission of planning applications across the South of England. You’ll have an expert knowledge of planning policy and you’ll have experience of appraising sites for development. The Planning Manager will work closely with the Planning Director in delivering high standards to clients and growing the Planning function over the coming years.

What are they looking for?

The Planning Manager will hold;

• Good experience and a working knowledge of Planning processes, laws and regulations in relation to planning approval.
• A proven record of dealing with large-scale, residential schemes
• Commercial Awareness
• A degree in town planning or similar (desirable)
• The ability to problem solve and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written
