£50,000 - £60,000 + top bonus, major projects and progression opportunities

We now have an urgent requirement for an experienced Associate Planner to handle lots of exciting London-focused residential-led developments.

The Associate Planner will be joining a wholly independent, respected central London town planning consultancy. The firm specialise in securing consents for both large and smaller scale, often complex and / or controversial retail, commercial, residential and leisure development schemes across the UK. This new role sits within a specialist, growing team, led by a highly qualified and experienced Planning Director with a great reputation.

The Associate Planner will be involved in a full range of work with institutional, developer, operator and high net worth private clients. You will be expected to provide decisive advice, enthusiasm and expertise on often challenging development opportunities and complex planning applications, appeals and related work. Without rigid corporate structures and multidisciplinary networks, the Associate Planner will be able to focus on client work and developing rewarding relationships.

The Associate Planner will have a strong track record in securing consent for large, complex schemes. You’ll be MRTPI, with previous experience of working with the Greater London Authority and ideally a background in the private sector. The Associate Planner should have the drive and enthusiasm to achieve Director status after a couple of years.
