Role: Senior Planning Manager
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000+
Period: 12 Month FTC
Location: London
Are you looking to work on one of the most iconic regeneration schemes in the UK? A Senior Planning Manager position has arisen with the largest current mixed-use development company in the UK, to provide internal advice to the Development and Project management teams alongside updating the CEO on all Planning implications and aspects of the development.

You will be coordinating, reviewing and managing all planning applications relating to the project in relation to all strategic decisions made by shareholders while also being a guardian and coordinator of all heritage aspects of the development. You will also be actively engaging with key stakeholders at the local authority, GLA and Historic England to name a few, in order to secure support prior to submitting any new applications, while also continuing to maintain excellent relationships that exist.

You will be MRTPI chartered and have a minimum of 5 years’ post chartership experience. You must have a proven track record in the delivery of complex developments across London.

You will be project managing external consultants and taking a step away from the day to day planning work, instead with a more strategic view and pioneering approach to work.
