One of Vivid's key clients based in Greater Manchester are looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer to join their team.
They are recruiting on an initial 6 month basis, with the view of extending to assist their team with a large backlog of applications.
What will you need to have?
- Minimum 12 months Planning Enforcement experience within Local Authority
- Experience dealing with a high caseload of applications
- Strong communication skills
The role is being offered on a hybrid working basis, with site visits required every 2/3 weeks and the rest of the role being able to be worked on a remote basis
