Job Details
My client in the South are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join them on a 9 month basis to deal with the major applications within the development management team.
You will have proven experience of dealing with large applications of over 200 units for town planning.
There will be a requirement to visit once per month for site visits with the rest of the time working remotely.
The role is outside IR35 and can pay £38 per hour.
