Based at Ty Dewi Sant, Ewloe with Agile Working

Due to the growth of the Council’s Regeneration team, an enthusiastic individual with excellent collaboration skills is sought to develop and deliver exciting projects. If you have experience and a proven track record in regeneration, property or place making, then we would like to hear from you.

In response to challenging economic circumstances faced by smaller towns across the UK for many years and the Covid-19 crisis, the Council’s strategy is to support the revival of town centres by helping them to adapt and diversify their uses and become more sustainable in the future.

You will report to the Regeneration Manager and will work in partnership with a range of stakeholders from across the public, private and third sector to generate town centre investment, facilitate business support initiatives. You will develop projects from inception through structuring, execution and into delivery, working as part of a team and on your own initiative.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

Part time, job share and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Successful candidates will be entitled to generous amounts of holidays, pension, discounts at hundreds of retailers across the UK, family friendly and work-life balance policies, development opportunities and much more.

For more information or an informal discussion please contact: Karen Whitney-Lang, Regeneration Manager,  email: karen.whitney-lang@flintshire.gov.uk Ffon: 07771 677 861
