Our busy practice is expanding and we are looking for Senior Planners, Planners and Graduate Planners to join our team.

Senior Planner

The Senior Planner position will involve assisting the Directors of the practice in preparing planning applications, appeals, appraisals and representations to development plan documents.

Candidates will ideally have 3 to 5 years’ experience in the workplace and be members of the RTPI (although the practice would support the right candidate in achieving this).

Planners and Graduate Planners

Our Planners or Graduate Planners will assist the practice in providing town planning services for both public and private sector clients through the assembly and submission of planning applications, appeals, and other relevant consents.

The role would include research into relevant planning policy, history, legislation, site context and relevant environmental requirements of planning projects or sites in order to be able to provide planning advice. It will include drafting of planning appraisals, planning statements, appeal statements, statements of community involvement and other relevant planning reports or documentation

Candidates will ideally (but not necessarily) have a degree in a relevant discipline or be motivated to work towards achieving membership of the RTPI.
