Job Details
Job Title: Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: Competitive
An excellent opportunity to join a leading Planning consultancy with over 60 years' experience. You would be joining an innovative and forward-thinking planning and development consultancy who pride themselves on their expert advice to create great places for future generations. With over two hundred people operating from nine different offices across the UK, they can combine local contacts with the know-how to deal with every kind of project, large or small. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest and highest profile projects and gain experience in a wide range of work. It would be advantageous if you were to have some experience or a keen interest in the fields of housing, economic development and regeneration.
As an employee owned through an employee benefit trust, meaning they have no financial obligations, to external shareholders. All their employees share in the success through a competitive benefits package, with profits shared via a bonus scheme.
Qualifications:
- At least a 2:1 or equivalent at first degree,
- An MSc in RTPI/RICS accredited subjects
- Have achieved or be working towards Chartered membership of the RTPI (MRTPI)
- Good analytical, presentation and writing skills
- Be confident in undertaking a mix of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Have excellent communicative skills
