Town Planner - Harrogate
HA 9581
Salary: depending on skills and experience
Our client, a growing planning consultancy have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Planner / Senior Town Planner to join their Harrogate based team. The successful candidate will be working within an established team of planners, delivering epxert planning advice to their clients on residential, rural, commercial and infrastructure schems.
Qualifications and experience:
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (or close to submitting)
- Demonstrable experience within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or local authority
Duties:
- Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects across the North of England
- Prepaing applications, statements and appeals
- Actively contribute to the further growth of the team and workload
- Delievring planning advice to clients
- Attending client meetings and planning committees
