Job Details
Park Avenue are currently working on a Senior Planning Officer role within a Local Authority based in the lovely area of Gloucestershire. It would be an initial 3 month contract, with a view of a potential extension should everything go well.
The council are looking for a planner to join the Development Management team and assist with a mixed caseload of applications, experience of up to 100 units would be desirable. The role has been created to provide some additional capacity to help reduce workloads.
The rate is dependent on previous experience. The Council is also offering complete remote working with a need for site visits when required, likely fortnightly.
