Penguin Recruitment is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Town Planner in the North-West!
My client is a specialist Strategic Land Promotor with a successful track record in identifying and assessing strategic opportunities. The team pride themselves on establishing the right planning promotion strategy through their vast experience and expertise in both the planning profession and development industry.
The team manages the entire process from submitting a planning application, negotiating with local authorities, securing consent at the local level or appeal, to then marketing the site for sale! The team area also in the process of promoting a number of Greenfield and Brownfield opportunities and have a proven record of delivery.
Candidate Requirements
My client is seeking a Town Planner with ideally 2+ years' experience with either the private or public sector. Candidates must have an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field of study, and will ideally be in pursuit of the APC!
Candidates who do not possess the above requirements are still encouraged to apply, as above all else my client is looking for a Town Planner who has the ambition and drive to take on new and interesting challenges and projects!
