Job Details
Vivid are working with a Local Authority in Cumbria who are looking for a Senior Planning Officer on an interim basis.
The council are looking for someone who can deal with a mixed caseload of predominantly minor applications on an initial 6 month contract.
The candidate they are looking for is likely to be dealing with around 25 applications at once and have the opportunity to work on some major applications of up to 60 dwellings.
They are offering the role on a fully remote basis with site visits being required as and when and while they're looking to get someone in ASAP they are willing to wait up to 4 weeks for the right candidate.
