Mosaic Town Planning are looking to hire an enthusiastic, driven and practical town planner to work in a close-knit team in our Manchester office and across the North West. As well as managing your own planning applications, you will have the opportunity to obtain experience of more complex projects as part of our friendly and supportive team.

Mosaic specialises in residential development, working for major housebuilders, developers, housing associations and care providers across the region. We also submit applications nationwide for industrial building suppliers.

The post would be suitable for a recently chartered candidate, or those working towards RTPI accreditation with at least one year’s experience. Candidates will be expected to handle their own caseload of planning applications and enquiries from the outset. It is vital for candidates to have excellent inter-personal and organisational skills. Experience in development control and planning policy matters are essential. A commercial focus is preferable, however proactive local authority planners are also encouraged to apply.
