Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an award-winning, London based Planning and Architecture practice in their search for an ambitious Graduate Town Planner!
The Company

The company's dynamic Planning team have a commitment to providing a client focused, flexible, and responsive town planning service to both the public and private sectors. The team works with a diverse client based that ranges from specialist private sector developers to volume housebuilders and registered providers.
The team have multi-sector experience including mixed use, regeneration, mixed-tenure residential, health and extra care, community, education, and retail. As part of the team you will assist in providing a comprehensive range of planning consultancy services and specialist services, some of which will include:
- Planning appraisals
- Strategy advice
- Planning applications
- Planning appeals
- Promotion and political lobbying
- Public enquiries
- S106 negotiations
Candidate Requirements
Are you an ambitious Graduate Town Planner who is eager to begin their career in Town Planning? If so, my clients would likely be keen to speak with you! We are seeking applications from candidates who have an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a relevant field of study. Previous experience desirable but not essential.
