Penguin recruitment is delighted to be supporting an award winning and rapidly growing multidisciplinary practice in their search for a Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic team!
My client is a Truro-based Planning-lead architectural practice whose focus is on achieving bespoke, high quality results for residential and commercial property schemes across the UK!
The company
The company houses an expert, experience team of chartered planners, architects, designers, and landscape architects who work collaboratively to offer a fully integrated approach to development. They deliver ambitious, achievable designs, whilst adhering to clients' briefs and budgets.
The practice has a through understanding of the complex planning process and a proven track record for securing planning permission for challenging sites, attracting nationwide commissions on a range of projects, from high end residential developments and commercial schemes to luxury coastal properties and individually-designed homes.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused. The successful candidate will have a relentless drive for excellence and have experience of handling a broad range of development proposals including major housing and commercial proposals, through local plan, application, and appeal processes. Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience in a planning role as well as an RTPI degree in a relevant planning subject. RTPI membership is desirable, but not essential.
