As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be working closely with the Planning team in the delivery of wide-ranging planning consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and statements, support with public consultations and site visits, as well as providing professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies

What we are looking for

Ideally we are looking for candidates to hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree such as Geography, Town Planning, Urban Planning or Design. We seek graduates that have a logical approach with great problem-solving skills and the ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box. Relevant work experience in Town Planning would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Programme.

Start Dates

We are looking for Graduates to start between Spring to Autumn 2022. We are flexible for graduates to start whenever they finish their course, and so we are happy to discuss start dates once successfully offered a place on the programme.
