Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of the UK's leading Property Consultancies on the hire of a Town Planner for their South Coast team, close to Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
In this role, you will work with a variety of clients that includes housebuilders, developers, landowners, public organisations, councils, charities, infrastructure providers, energy companies, and joint venture partnerships.
Your projects will straddle multiple sectors such as residential, commercial, care, leisure, mixed-use, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, education and EIA. These projects also vary in scale and can be replacement single dwellings through to 1000+ unit strategic urban extensions!
To apply, you should hold a planning or related degree and ideally MRTPI status. You should be a strong communicator and a team player. Holding existing experience in the public or private sector you need to be able to demonstrate drive and hold a strategic approach to problem-solving.
