Development Management Officer x2

I am currently working with 2 neighbouring local authorities who are looking for a full time Development Management Officer to come into the team and tackle a caseload of Householder applications.

The role will be based predominantly from home with infrequent site visits but there will be an expectation to make an office visit for debriefs etc as and when needed (Flexible).

The rate of pay will be dependant on the candidates experience however, the authority are open to senior applications with senior rates on a part time basis.

The length of contract for both roles will be 3 months with potential for extension and one post has a permanent opportunity attached if desired.
