Job Details
Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority client in East Anglia, who are recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer on an interim basis.
Ideally, they are looking for an experienced Planner who is capable of taking on a mixed caseload of planning applications, from householders to small majors.
The position is a 3-month initial contract, however, there is scope to extend further if both parties are happy with this. The position is full time 37 hours a week and supports remote working with some office presence. The rate is £35+ and open to negotiation dependant on experience.
The council are looking for a Planner with recent experience working in a Local Authority on planning applications, and who can join the team and very quickly pick up the work.
