Job Details
My client is an award-winning Independent Planning and Architecture Consultancy whose multidisciplinary team of Chartered Planners and Architects are looking to recruit a talented Town Planner!
This dynamic consultancy provides a range of services tailored to suit the requirements of their clients, from both the public and private sector, from feasibility studies to full design services.
My clients planning division has been established within the company for over 5 decades and works on over 100 projects per year and covers schemes in the residential, commercial, industrial, educational and infrastructure sectors.
Some of the Town Planning services my client provides includes:
- Feasibility studies
- Planning applications and appeals
- Master plans
- Local plans
- Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA's)
- Site searches
Candidate Requirements
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or relevant subject
- MRTPI Chartership or working towards APC
- Demonstratable previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to balance a busy and varied workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
