Town Planner or Senior Planner

Pegasus Group are seeking an experienced Town Planner or Senior Planner to join our well-established East Midlands team. With the continued growth of business, our planning team has successfully completed an array of diverse projects in residential, commercial and leisure schemes with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients for you to gain exposure and high-quality experience from.
We have the flexibility to consider a Planner or Senior Planner as we seek to recruit an enthusiastic professional with a passion for the built environment and sustainability. The role will involve providing high quality planning advice and guidance to various clients in a range of sectors in relation to all aspects of planning. This will involve preparing, evaluating and submitting small or large, complex planning applications and appeals, and consulting with local authorities, landowners and developers.
We are looking for successful candidates to hold an RTPI accredited degree or a similar relevant degree and working towards becoming a chartered member of the RTPI, which we provide continued support throughout the APC process. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong professional and business acumen with good knowledge and experience in planning practice and application.
