Job Details
Are you a chartered Planner and want to further progress your career on the client-side? Do you want to learn about the wider development process and be more involved in schemes from inception to completion?
I am working with a private family business who have a large amount of land they are looking to promote and develop as well as other interests within the retail, commercial and leisure sectors. As an Assistant Planning Manager, you will be reporting to a Planning Manager, running your own projects in addition to assisting on larger, more complex and strategic schemes.
The ideal candidate will ideally have 2-4 years' experience in a Planning related role, preferably in either consultancy, developer or housebuilder, with a knowledge of strategic site promotion and development management projects.
The company represent a private family with a large portfolio of land and assets across the UK. They have offices based in central London but there will be elements of travel involved with the role (travel to and from sites, meeting with councils and consultants).
