Job Details
I am currently working along with a Local Authority within the South East county of East Sussex who is looking for a Policy Team Leader to join their very busy team. This role would be a lengthy 6-month contract, with the chance for it to be extended beyond that, mainly focusing on their Local Plans work.
The authority is looking for an experienced team leader who is familiar with Local Plans work, so that they can contribute and guide the council towards what is only the very beginning of the Local Plan.
The role in question is fully remote, with a visit into the office only necessary once every so often, however this will be a rare occurrence.
The rate is dependent on experience, however with the role being full time, and due to the nature of the work and the length of the contract, this is an incredibly desirable opportunity to really contribute to a Local Authorities Local Plan and gain invaluable experience for potential future roles to come.
