Job Details
I am currently working with a Local Authority in South London who are urgently looking for a Deputy Team Leader to join their Development Management Team.
The role is being offered on a flexible working basis, with the ideal candidate being able to go into the office once a week, but this is only desired.
The role is an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend beyond this with an extremely competitive rate is being offered for the role depending on previous experience.
Prior experience of dealing with large scale major applications within Greater London Authorities is essential as is experience of presenting at Planning Committee.
The applications dealt with will be complex with an 1,800 unit application as well as another 1,500 unit case, so experience to come in and hit the ground running is crucial!
