Job title: Assistant Town Planner
Location: Manchester/Leeds
Salary: Flexible
Penguin Recruitment are working closely with a Real Estate Developer who are looking to fill the role of Assistant Town Planner on a permanent basis in their Manchester office will be the main base but you may also be required to travel to Leeds on occasion.
My client is made up of a team of multidisciplinary professionals and has been in business for over 20 years. We are looking for someone who has completed their MSc within Town planning with a merit grade or above along with some work experience within the town planning field. We are also considering candidates with experience right up to Town Planner level.
Your day to day duties will consist of working on the following:-
- Site Appraisals
- Providing pre application advice
- Planning applications
- Design and access statements
- Planning appeals
