Principal Planner

Landmark Planning, based in Leciester, is a well established (over 20 years) general purpose town planning consultancy operating principally in the East Midlands. We are looking to recruit a Principal Planner to the firm in order to support us in working with a wide range of clientele including commercial and residential developers, public bodies and the general public.

We are passionate about trying to achieve a situation where everyone wins, not creating a system of winners and losers. Our starting point is ‘negotiation not confrontation’.

The ideal candiate:

• You must be MRTPI qualified. 
• You will need to have 5+ years post-chartership experience.
• Strong project management skills, as you will be expected to take over and manage major and minor jobs (with Director assistance). You will also be expected to manage more junior colleagues in these tasks. 
• Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.
