Senior / Associate Town Planner - consultancy - Leeds

As a consequence, this company are recognised to be one of the top planning firms in the country. The independent firm have an extensive history (they have been running for almost 100 years!) and their multi-disciplinary offering ensures that they are involved in all stages of the planning process.

The central Leeds office work with a variety of clients in a range of sectors – this includes large mixed-use projects and also small, medium and large-scale strategic, residential, commercial and employment schemes, ensuring that the workload remains varied and interesting. As a result of the high volume of projects, they are keen to get a Town Planner (or potentially two) on board who can hit the ground running, and who have excellent core planning and report-writing skills.

The candidate:

You will ideally be MRTPI (or close to submitting). You must be passionate about the planning industry and be able to work collaboratively, with a detail-orientated mindset and a personable and industrious nature. You will also ideally have a full UK driving licence.

Remuneration:

The base salary offered is competitive and dependent on experience.
