The UK’s largest independent consultancy, with a national reach, is looking for 2 new Associate Planners to join their East Midlands team following an epic growth in pipeline of projects from every direction. You’d play a key role in driving forward integral projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and creating your own path of progression.

They pride themselves on their positive approach internal progression, with countless cases of staff growing from Planner through to Director within the company. If that isn’t testament to the value they place on investing in their people, then I’m not sure what is.

With the Managing Director still being as hands on as when the company was born, team outings and company events are very much a big deal. Think marquee garden party’s, away days in London, and a big old festive knees up at Christmas.

Though this is an East Midlands-based team, work isn’t limited to this patch of the UK. They tend to work on a more national basis, pooling together expertise from different office locations on their larger and more complex projects. Your expertise, no matter how niche they may be will be welcomed here, with exposure to projects ranging from residential to renewables, energy and care facilities.

This is an key position where you will provide leadership to the team, being a day-to-day point of contact for both your team and key clients to the business. Rooted in employee trust, you’ll be offered a high degree of client interface, with opportunity to grow your personal brand and contact-base at networking events to promote the company.
