We are looking for an ambitious Town Planner to join our Leeds Planning service. This is an exciting opportunity that can provide opportunities for progression and exposure to a range of project work including large scale strategic developments.

You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of wide-ranging planning consultancy services, on nominated projects including undertaking public consultation, the preparation, submission and monitoring of planning applications, and collation of evidence for appeals, negotiating applications and moving towards managing your own projects.

Person Specification

We are looking for the ideal candidate to hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree and be working towards or already be a chartered member of the RTPI (we provide support throughout the RTPI APC Process if working towards). We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of the UK planning system and preferably some private sector experience but this is not essential.
