Are you an experienced Planner and looking for a move to the client side? Do you want to be involved in the wider process, including delivery as part of a rapidly growing start up with major investment?
Macdonald & Company are working with an investment company which is breaking into the PRS/BTR market and looking to appoint a Planning Manager to ensure the delivery of investments are on time, on budget and to agreed standards, all as part of the Planning process. As a Planning Manager, you will form part of the Delivery team, have worked in a Planning related role and be interested in the wider development process.
You will have a can-do attitude and be prepared to get involved in more than just the Planning work in what is, a start-up company with great backing. You should ideally be MRTPI, have experience working in the private sector (ideally on the client-side already) and have a solid grasp on the workings between local authorities and developers during the delivery phase.
The job is well remunerated, will have elements of working from home as you settle into the position and will allow you to grow a team around you as the business continues their growth over the coming years.
