What is better than Fitzrovia in Winter?
Walking to work with the smell of hot coffee and fresh pastries spilling out into the winding streets every morning, and all the bars and restaurants lit up and buzzing with people in the evening.
Christmas lights up all along Oxford Street, and cosy pubs for after-work drinks.
Now imagine all that, combined with a job that challenges and excites you, as Technical Director of a national Architecture firm.
Imagine getting to step into a light, airy open-plan office, to take on a role handling major residential and mixed-use schemes across Central London, leading on delivery.
That’s what’s on offer for any experienced delivery Architect who wants the opportunity to take the next step in their career.
And what a step it is.
This is an Architecture firm that doesn’t pull any punches; their projects are prestigious, award-winning, and seriously impressive. They work with the kind of clients you know by name, producing schemes of the highest calibre.
As a firm, they work on projects from conception through to completion, working on design and delivery. This is the opportunity for you to head up managing the process in the final RIBA stages.
That means you’ll be getting on site, right in the heart of things. You’ll be trusted to handle clients (and a team when required), manage large project delivery, and get stuck into technical drawings as well.
You’ll be utilising a mix of ArchiCAD and Revit, so existing experience wanted.
Plus, Fitzrovia might be beautiful, but you won’t have to be in every day – flexible working is available.
Oh, and the salary is pretty great so that doesn’t hurt.
So, if you’re an Associate Director who’s not getting the chance to step up, this could be for you.
Or if you’re a Technical Director already, but can’t see where your current role is heading – why not throw your hat in the ring?
