Carrington West are working with a London Borough Council in their search for a Regeneration Project Officer to join the Regeneration Team and work on the delivery of specific projects within the Borough.
 
Basic Objectives of the Post:
 
·To lead on the conception, implementation, project management and reporting, and successful delivery of regeneration projects  as part of the Area Regeneration Programme, in line with the Council's growth objective.
 
·To use best practice project management to achieve efficient and effective delivery of regeneration projects including budget monitoring, project review, project evaluation, communication and stakeholder engagement.
 
·To support the Area Regeneration Manager to develop and manage working relationships with stakeholders, development partners, and residents to provide a high quality, proactive, and solution-focused approach to achieving regeneration outcomes.
 
This role will require face to face meetings and workshops with stakeholders on a regular basis, therefore the council are looking for a candidate who can facilitate up to 1 day per week in the office.
