Park Avenue has been instructed to source candidates for a Local Planning Authority in the North West, for an initial 3-month contract with a view to extend.
This role will be include working on a caseload of varying types of Planning Applications, from householders and changes of use, up to single and multiple dwellings.
The hourly rate for this position is dependent on your level of relevant experience; ideally you will have at least 2 years working experience in development management. Rates are dependable on your experience. You would also be able to work a compressed week (37 hours into 4 days). All remote working.
