Job Details
Vivid are currently with a Cambridgeshire based LPA who are looking for either a Planning Officer on a 6 month initial contract which has a high chance of extending.
The role will be predominantly dealing with a minor applications but will include a small amount of householder apps. The caseload is manageable at around 30 applications and the Council use Uniform.
This is a Council Vivid have worked with for years and feedback from candidates has always been positive due to the interesting work and friendly working culture.
The Council are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years experience within Development Management and will also consider someone with private sector experience.
They can also wait up to 6 weeks for someone to start although an ASAP start date is preferable. This could be a great role for someone who is looking to get in touch their first contract role!
Also the role is outside of IR35.
