Job Details
I am working with a client in Essex who is seeking to bring a new Senior Planning Officer to their team to assist with the large influx of cases they've been receiving.
- IR35 status undetermined.
- Mixed caseload of Minors, Complex Minors and Small Majors.
- Working from home.
- A site visit will be expected once a fortnight.
- Rate is negotiable DOE.
You can expect to be working on applications based in Rural and Urban areas.
You will be predominantly dealing with new applications as they come through.
The successful candidate will need to have had 3+ years experience working as Planning Officer within a Local Authority and be comfortable progressing a number of different types of applications.
