IT Systems & Project Manager (MDC8418)
£13,309 - £16,224 per annum 22.2 hours per week

We are looking for a suitably qualified IT Systems and Project Manager to provide support to the Planning and Regeneration teams. You will be responsible for the sound advice to the Head of Service, staff and members and to ensure effective delivery.

You will be the main point of contact / liaison within the Service and Planning Portal and suppliers of IT hardware, GIS, Land & Property and digital datasets.

You will need a high standard of verbal, written and multi-media communication and presentations skills, good negotiating skills and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from a variety of backgrounds. Proven experience of implementing ICT based projects such as Oracle and SQL Server/Client database software, GIS applications, spatial data, Intranet/Internet and mobile working technologies.
