TOWN PLANNER
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a dynamic Multi-disciplinary Consultancy in their search for a Town Planning consultant to join their growing development team! This dynamic team provides Design, Engineering, and Consulting services to the built environment.
General Duties of the role
- Delivering planning advice on planning applications internally to other areas of the business and to external clients.
- Managing applications through the planning process varying from small CLOPUD and CLUID applications, minor applications including non-material amendments through single unit residential schemes to 300 units mixed use development schemes, in addition to other and mixed-use applications.
- Variety of sectors within which to work will lead to fantastic career progression and experience opportunities that would suit a motivated and forward-thinking individual.
- The ideal candidate will therefore have a formal qualification/degree within Urban & Regional Planning or Town & Regional Planning with ideally two years post qualification experience.
