Job Details
My Client (Local authority) based in the Home Counties are looking for an Interim Development Management Planning Officer to work on mainly householders, certificates/PD, changes of use etc. Subject to capacity there might be some opportunity/exposure to minor cases (1-10 units).
Must be able to drive/have a car for site visits and happy to come into the office two days a week from November (unless something changes).
36 hour week F/T – 5 days a week. 12 month contract.
The Client may be open to experienced consultants on a part time basis who may have higher rates in reflection however, will have a preference for lesser experienced consultants that are available full time.
They will be looking for someone to start imminently but are willing to wait for the right candidate.
