Penguin Recruitment is interested in speaking with Graduate Town Planners regarding an opportunity in Southampton with a highly regarded Planning Consultancy.
The practice is a leading planning consultancy, well respected in the South market with an extremely experienced team who have been trading for almost 20 years.
The project profile includes major brownfield sites, new neighbourhoods, commercial & leisure facilities & waterfront developments. You will assist, and dependant on experience lead and advise on some of the largest and most high-profile planning projects on the south coast. Offering a comprehensive planning service, you will assist in providing the following services to your clients;
-Appraisals, Planning Strategies & Advice
-Major Applications & Appeals
-Local Plans & Neighborhood Plans
-Built & Natural Environment
-Commercial
-Leisure & Tourism
-Research
-Legal & Probity
-Infrastructure

Job Requirements
-A Town Planning (or related) qualification
-Planning experience advantageous
-Strong communication skills
