Job Details

One of my clients in Central England are looking for a Local Land Charges Officer to assist them for an initial contract of 3/4 months.

The role will require you to be in the office full time!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out personal searches and full searches,
  • Monitoring the group mailbox and handle incoming queries.
  • Work within a small team to deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is key

Skills and Experience: 

  • Maintaining, processing and working on the Local Land Charges register
  • Ability to interpret maps and databases
  • Previous Land Charges Experience.
