Job Details
I am working with a LPA in Essex who are seeking to bring a new Enforcement Officer/ Senior Enforcement Officer on to their team.
- 6- month contract initially.
- Inside IR35.
- Working from home – With occasional site visit.
- Rate negotiable but around the £35-£40ph mark DOE.
The successful applicant will assess breaches of planning control, write up reports and serve notices where needed. Site visits will also be required as and when necessary.
This will be customer-focused role and you will assist in the timely and appropriate conclusion of planning enforcement cases.
