Graduate Roles (nationwide)

Currently, Lewis Davey are working with a selection of graduate and entry levels positions. We are looking for expressions of interest from Graduate Planners who are looking to find a role in the private sector. Candidates must have an accredited degree and should be looking to become Chartered Planners over the next couple of years and want to go through the Licentiate/APC route.

The roles we are handling include with Pure Planning Consultancies, Property Firms, Multidisciplinary Consultancies and with Developers in a variety of locations, including Essex, Cambridge, Dorset, Kent, Lancashire, Oxfordshire, Leeds, London, Bristol and Hampshire.

Our clients understand that you will be looking for training and development opportunities. They will be able to offer you a mentor, and support through your APC as you start your career. In return they are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic candidates.

The clients are involved in a range of industries but man have a significant focus on residential, mixed use or infrastructure schemes. The work will involve:

• Writing Planning Statements
• Researching Planning Policy
• Negotiating with Developers/Local Authorities
• Managing small planning projects
• Working in a team environment
