A Local Authority in the lovely area of Gloucestershire are looking to welcome an experienced Principal Planning Officer to their team. This is on an initial 6 month contract, likely to be extended.
The council are looking to recruit an individual who can hit the ground running working on 150+ units and other major applications. A Town Planning related degree or diploma, and exceptional written and communication skills are essential.
The rate depends on previous experience. This role is completely remote working; however you due to the nature of the exciting developments you will be working on, you will have to travel to the area for site visits. You will need to have a full driver's licence and access to a car for site visits. This position is ideally full time (37 hours) although they may consider part time.
