Job Details
I am working with a Local Authority who is looking for Principal Planning Officer to join their busy team.
With flexible working and the ability to work in the office when necessary, you'll be working in a team of 10, supported by the Tech Support Team and CIL Officers.
Principal Planning Officer:
- 3 months initially - likely to be extended.
- Working from home- Site visits when required (twice a month).
- Inside IR35.
- Rate falls between £40-£45ph DOE.
- Working on Largescale Majors e.g. Residential units and Care Homes.
